SAIDSA Certificate Courses
These 1 and 2 day courses offer new and current technicians the opportunity to update and
improve their skills on a flexible basis to suit their work schedules. These short courses each carry a SAIDSA recognised certificate
and consist of theory and practical training. The courses must be completed in order. Although these courses can be split over 3
months , they must be purchased as a complete package.

SAIDSA Certified Technicians
A current technician
may qualify as a SAIDSA "Certified" Technician by being found competent in all 10 of the short courses. These courses
will require the passing of stringent exams in theory and practical.
Insurance Assessor Training
This short course will allow Insurance
Brokers and Assessors to become familiar with the identification and workings of the modern Intruder Alarm system, learn how to recognise
problems and assess the risk in an installation. This course carries a certificate.
Sales Training
This certificate course will teach
a salesperson how to identify and select the correct products for an application, correctly assess a risk and place detectors according
to the theory of detection and SAIDSA standards. This course is ideal for new and current salespersons and includes Bylaw 25 installation
sales requirements. (Optional)
